How partner technology fits our delivery model
Partner tools solve execution problems. They do not solve design problems, and we sequence engagements accordingly: architecture and governance decisions first, tooling second.
That sequence protects clients from a pattern we see often – software purchased to fix a problem that turns out to be structural. A migration tool moves whatever you point it at, including fifteen years of folder sprawl nobody wanted to restructure. A governance platform enforces whatever policy you have written, including no policy at all. The technology is only as good as the model underneath it, which is why the model comes first in our work and why our partnerships expand delivery capability rather than defining our approach.
