Use Case: Turning SharePoint Deployment into Measurable Adoption

The Situation

A multi-location manufacturing organization had completed a successful migration to SharePoint Online as part of a broader Microsoft 365 initiative. Technically, the rollout went smoothly. However, user adoption stalled.

Within six months:
