Why Clients Value Ken’s Perspective
Ken’s background is especially valuable for organizations that need more than technical implementation. They need an advisor who understands how content, records, policy, compliance, information architecture, and day-to-day operations all connect inside a well-governed SharePoint or Microsoft 365 environment.
He helps clients think beyond the platform itself. The goal is not just to deploy tools. It is to create an environment that is usable, defensible, and easier to manage over time.

Ken’s Approach
Ken believes successful SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments start with alignment. Business process, governance, information structure, and compliance requirements all need to work together from the beginning.
That means designing document and content management solutions that are practical for end users and sustainable for site owners and administrators. It also means creating an environment that supports compliance without making everyday work harder.
Ken also believes enterprise content management is about more than storage. It is about making information usable, accountable, protected, and aligned to how the business actually works.
At dataBridge, that often means helping clients answer questions like these:
- How should enterprise content be structured so it stays usable and governable?
- What belongs in a document management system versus a records management process?
- How should retention, attestation, permissions, and policy controls be handled?
- How do we support compliance without making the environment harder to use?
- What information architecture decisions will reduce risk and improve long-term manageability?
What Ken Helps Clients Solve
Ken works with organizations that need to improve the way business-critical content, documents, records, and knowledge are governed inside SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
That often includes organizations that are:
- Designing or modernizing a document management system
- Improving records management and retention processes
- Reworking information architecture for scale and compliance
- Managing content and document risk in regulated environments
- Preparing for a migration where content quality, structure, and governance matter
- Trying to make SharePoint more useful for quality systems, operational documentation, or enterprise knowledge management
For organizations in these situations, Ken’s focus is not just on getting content into SharePoint. It is on building a structure that improves usability, strengthens governance, supports compliance, and reduces long-term friction.
